DJI is one of the leading drone products currently just released a version of the product with the lowest price namely the DJI Mini SE. The drone was first launched by the company for select overseas markets earlier this month. However, now the company has officially launched the Mini SE Drone for the Chinese domestic market.

This Mini SE seems to be a drone that is specifically adapted to the needs of novice users. This drone already provides some basic functions at a fairly affordable price. As can be seen from the name, this product is not cheap version of the DJI Mini 2. But this Mini SE is a cheaper version of the first generation DJI Mavic Mini which was launched in 2019.
Specifications of the DJI Mini SE
Judging from the specifications of the DJI Mini SE this product comes with support for a 2.7K resolution camera with support for a wireless range of 2.5 miles (4km). The camera of the DJI Mini SE can record video at 2.7K resolution at 30 fps. When recording in 1080p, this camera can do 4x digital zoom. The DJI Mini SE camera can also capture photos with 12Mp resolution in jpeg format and has a 3-axis gimbal setup.
Despite the fairly complete camera features, the drone lacks support for Ocusync, which is the company’s proprietary transmission technology. The technology allows the product to use both the 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz radio bands, allowing users more flexibility when there is a lot of interference in the transmission. But unfortunately, this technology is not present in the Mini SE. This drone only relies on a WiFi connection.
The Mini SE has an omnidirectional sensor that can improve product safety during flight. This sensor can prevent collisions from the device. Then, this drone is also equipped with GPS and sensors pointing downwards, which allows the drone to hover stably. The Mini SE weighs 249 grams which are quite light. The Drone is claimed to have a battery life of up to 30 minutes on a single full charge.
