Fitbit recently launched their latest fitness tracker called the Fitbit Charge 5. The Fitbit Charge 5 tracker comes with a new aerodynamic design that is slim and is 10% thinner than its predecessor. In terms of design, the Fitbit Charge 5 has an AMOLED technology-based screen with a size of 1.04 inches. There is also a protective layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. This screen has an always-on option and is claimed to be twice as bright as the Charge 4.
The Fitbit is the first fitness tracker produced by Fitbit to come with an EDA sensor. This sensor measures the body’s response to stress using tiny changes in the sweat glands on the fingers. In this Fitbit, There is also an integrated GPS feature and supports up to 20 training mode supports up to 20 training modes. There is also an automatic exercise recognition feature and a VO2 max tracker.

There are also other important health features in the Fitbit Charge 5, including a 24-hour heart rate monitor as well as other key health parameters assessed via the Health Metrics dashboard in the Fitbit app. Metrics tracked include respiratory rate, skin temperature variation, and SpO2 rate. The wearable can also track sleep data such as Sleep Score, Sleep Stages, and SmartWake alarms.
Furthermore, this fitness tracker offers 20 colourful watch faces that users can choose from. This wearable is available in black with a Graphite Stainless Steel case.
