Huawei recently launched one of their latest lineup of monitors, the Huawei MateView. This Huawei MateView monitor is claimed to be the thinnest in its class, with thinness of 9.3 mm. And Huawei MateView has three main advantages, namely aesthetic design, full-view display, and intelligent experience.
In terms of design, the Huawei MateView has a thickness of 9.3 mm with a metal bezel material. Unlike monitors in general, the Huawei MateView does not have any control buttons but uses a touchable OSD called the Huawei Smart Bar. Only by touching and sliding the touch area at the bottom of the monitor users can adjust the volume, brightness, and more.
The frame and stand of the Huawei MateView are made of 6 series aluminum, which means the material has been forged in such a way as to provide classy quality. The placement of the speaker holes is also not random so that it interferes with the monitor display but is designed to add an aesthetic impression.

Carrying the full-view concept, the MateView has a 28.2-inch screen with a 94% screen-to-body ratio. The bezels are rated thin, with the top and sides 6mm, while the bottom bezel is 9.3mm.
If you see with the naked eye, (each bezel) has more or less the same thickness actually. So, really consistently thin.
Furthermore, in terms of color quality, the Huawei MateView has a 4K + Ultra HD Display. Meanwhile, the color gamut is at the same level as a cinema theatre, which is 98% DCI-P3. This allows the screen to produce colors that are very close to its true colors.
This MateView screen also supports 1.07 billion colors with a depth of 10 bits. It doesn’t stop there, and there is a professional distortion correction that has RGB distortion E < 2 and is from the DCI-P3 category, which means that the smaller the distortion, the closer to the original color.
And the monitor MateView screen has also been verified by VESA Display HDR 400 and TUV Rheinland for low blue light and flicker-free screen certification.
The monitor Huawei connection is supported by wireless projection, where the device can be easily connected to a smartphone or tablet. Users only need to touch the Huawei Share option in the monitor’s Smart Bar. The experience provided is also more intense because it can channel video and audio on a connected smartphone or tablet.
And Huawei MateView also has dual microphones that are designed with noise reduction capabilities. The microphone is also said to be able to capture sound up to a distance of 4 meters. Then for price, the Huawei MateView is priced at $ 736.08 and can be purchased starting September 23, 2021.
