iQOO is rumored to be launching its newest smartphone products, namely the iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro. And these two smartphones are rumored to be launched on January 5 in China. Several leaks have gradually revealed the specifications of the iQOO 9 duo. Now, trusted tipster Ishan Agarwal has teamed up with My Smart Price to share the full specs of the iQOO 9 and 9 Pro.
iQOO Screen
For screen, the iQOO smartphone has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a flat design. It offers a pixel density of 388ppi, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz.
While the iQOO 9 Pro is supported by a 6.78-inch LTPO QHD+ AMOLED screen with curved edges, it offers a pixel density of 517ppi, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 300Hz. And the 9 Pro has been confirmed to feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. It is not yet clear whether the vanilla model will also feature an optical or ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
Performance
For performance, this Smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Chipset supporting iQOO 9 and 9 Pro. And Both Smartphones are backed by a 4,700mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. The Pro model will come with 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging support.
For the rear camera, the iQOO 9 is equipped with a 50-megapixel OIS-ready Samsung GN5 lens, a 13-megapixel ultrawide lens with 120-degree FOV, and a 12-megapixel portrait lens. The iQOO 9 Pro’s camera setup has a 50-megapixel Samsung GN5 main camera, which will likely bring support for OIS gimbal support. The Smartphone will be supported by a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens with 150-degree FOV. The ultrawide snapper will come with support for fisheye mode and will also be capable of capturing macro shots. The setup includes a 16-megapixel portrait camera. The IQOO will come with a 16-megapixel front camera.
And both smartphones will come with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Both phones will run Android 12 OS peppered with OriginOS Ocean.
