Motorola launches Moto G51 smartphone, design, performance, price


Motorola recently re-launched the latest smartphone product in China today (November 3, 2021), namely the Moto G51. This Moto G51 smartphone has been officially launched in the region. And this Moto G51 comes with a 5G-capable Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with a triple camera setup.

In terms of design, the Motorola G51 is equipped with a 6.8-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen that is supported by a touch sampling rate of 240Hz and a refresh rate of 120Hz for a smoother user experience.

And for Performance, Motorola G51 is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery which powers the device with its Snapdragon 480+ SoC. For memory, this device offers 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage (UFS 2.2). And it can also be expanded further via a microSD card slot, while RAM can also be expanded virtually up to 3GB. Other features include Android 11, fingerprint scanner on the back, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, USB Type C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.


The smartphone supported a Dedicated network with independent (SA) and non-independent network standards (NSA) dual-mode 5G and was launched in China in partnership with China Mobile. For those who don’t know, China Mobile is the leading telecommunications-based company in the country.

And this Moto G51 also comes with Dolby certification for the audio, while the rear camera module has three image sensors. It includes a 50-megapixel main camera, in addition to 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors.

Then for the price, the Moto G51 retails for $235 for a single 8GB + 128GB storage configuration. And for now, it is only available for purchase in China and will also be available in offline stores. And reportedly, it is currently unknown whether the company will launch this model in the global market as well.
