WD Blue SN570 NVMe SSD cheap price has great speed, review

Western Digital has launched the brand’s newest SSD product, the WD Blue SN570 NVMe. WD Blue SN570 NVMe is an interesting sdd product from the one released at the end of 2021. Why is it interesting? Because it is very fast, but because the price is relatively affordable.

Most SSD product manufacturers must prioritize the read or write speed that they carry as the “selling point” of their products. But of course, not all users need that fast speed or can afford to buy an SSD at a premium price. Now that doesn’t mean the SSD SN570 NVMe has a disappointing performance. Please refer to the review below to find out more about the  SN570 NVMe.

WD blue sn570 Performance

For performance, the WD Blue SN570 NVMe is a PCIe 3.0 TLC NAND-based SSD in the form of M.2 2280 (80mm long). This affordable price is achieved by not using dynamic random access memory (DRAM). Which is commonly found in SSDs with higher prices.

The review unit that the admin is trying to accept has a capacity of 1TB and is promised to have read. And write speeds of 3,500 MB/s and 3,000 MB/s. This speed is significantly increased compared to its predecessor, the SN550, which read and write speeds of 2,400 MB/s and 1,950 MB/s.

WD Blue SN570 NVMe claims these speeds are relatively the same as those found in our tests using CrystalDiskMark. The sequential read speeds are close to what WD claims, as are the write speeds.

WD is positioning the SN570 for content creators, and they’re giving away a bonus with every new purchase. The  SN570 NVMe SSD comes with a free one-month membership to the Adobe Creative Cloud. So they can access the world’s best creative apps and services, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. , Lightroom, Premier Pro, and InDesign.

With such performance, the price offered by the WD Blue SN570 NVMe is certainly very attractive. That is the range of $48.67 for 256GB capacity, $69.52 for 500GB, and less than $139.05 for 1TB capacity.
