Xiaomi has recently re-launched their latest smartwatch product, the Xiaomi Watch S1. Xiaomi also held one of its biggest events this year, launching several products, including the Xiaomi 12 series, MIUI 13 and Xiaomi Buds 3 in China.
Design
In terms of design, the Xiaomi Watch S1 features an elegant design while maintaining the company’s minimalist style. The smartwatch has a 1.43-inch AMOLED touchscreen with 326PPI surrounded by a smooth stainless steel frame. The screen is coated with sapphire glass, and users can choose a leather strap or fluorine rubber.
And AMOLED Screen provides a crystal clear screen display even in sunlight. This will make it easier for users to check messages, incoming calls, notifications and use applications wherever they are.
In terms of features, the Watch S1 features up to 117 sport modes with support for measuring sleep, heart rate, and monitoring blood oxygen. The smartwatch is also equipped with NFC, Bluetooth calling, GNSS, and 5ATM water resistance.
The smartwatch offers up to 12 days of battery life on a single charge with a capacity of 470mAh. It also provides a standby time of up to 24 days. Additionally, the Watch S1 supports third-party apps, including NetEase Cloud Music, Baidu Maps, and more, but iOS users are currently unable to use third-party apps.
Price
The Watch S1 is available in 2 colours, namely Obsidian Black and Streamer Silver, and is currently available for pre-order with official sales in China on December 31st. As for the price, the Xiaomi Watch S1 starts at $173 through Xiaomi’s official channels in China. The leather strap costs around $ 15.69 extra.
